Why mostly clean? Well, I always encourage my clients to eat as clean as possible (this includes abstaining from alcohol and other recreational substances) while they are receiving microcurrent therapy. Eating this way helps your body lower chronic inflammation, which allows healing to continue at a rapid rate, while also ensuring proper nutrition with which to rebuild the healthy cells and tissues we are working so hard to repair. However, I also know that perfection is difficult. But every small effort you make will help add up to a quicker recovery! So I compiled a few of my favorite meals to take out the guesswork, while still allowing for a few, inflammatory ‘cheats’ so as to make following the meal plan easier.
