Description
We require all New Client appointments to either be paid in full in advance OR a $20 appointment deposit to be paid in advance.
If you are more than 15 minutes late or do not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit the $20 appt deposit OR 20% of your total fee depending on which you have paid.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, AND do so at least 24 hours in advance, there is NO penalty and your appointment deposit/service fee will be fully applied to a future service.
*Gift certificate clients: If you have booked your appointment online, please call the office to inform us so that we can link your gift certificate to your appointment and approve your appointment booking.
